Search progress and status
What Yolias does while a search runs, and what each status means.
Every search has its criteria, a target number of prospects and a log of what Yolias did. Its progress and status show on the result card in its Yolias AI conversation; its results join Prospects.

Statuses
| Status | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Active | Queued or running. Results are being collected |
| Awaiting data source | Criteria are ready; no company data source is connected yet |
| Completed | The search finished and delivered its results |
| Paused | Stopped for now; criteria and results are kept |
| Failed | Discovery stopped with an error shown in the activity log |
